We offer a pay per minute plan (minimum 15 minute charge) for home computer users and customers can purchase prepaid computer support in blocks of 1 hour increments at a discounted rate if they choose. Customers will be required to purchase a block of time using the following PayPal form at the start of the call and whether or not they would like to prepay for the service, prepayment of time will be valid for 12 months.
